RETRIEVER 2024 WT Results Open CFTS
CFTS held its Open (with award for keepers choice) on the 19th May at the Morval estate BKPO The Kitson Family. Thank you to the keepers Aaron and Amy for allowing us to use their fantastic ground.
We may not have had the numbers but we had the tests and the sunshine!
Thank you to Keith Sandercock for setting 4 lovely tests giving the dogs 10 retrieves each over the competition. Thank you to fellow judges John Hodge and Jess Latham, all three of you for your time and enthusiasm it’s fully appreciated buy all. Thank you to Skinners continued sponsorship yet again providing vouchers and certificates and Sporting Saint for their sponsorship of prizes for competitors and for the raffle. Results of the CFTS Retriever OPEN working Gundog test after a run off for 2nd and 3rd Congratulations goes to Jonny Dower for taking home the Trophy for a second year but this time with Mitforton Tobin also taking home again the Keepers choice shield.

Results - NOVICE WORKING TEST FOR AV RETRIEVERS
Held on a very breezy Sunday on the 30th June at WHB BKPO the Bond family and Will Doidge the farm manager. We had a lovely mix of ground from woodland, rough hilly ground to open flat fields allowing us to give the dogs various tests.
Thank you to our judges, Mr Steve Ashby , Keith Sandercock and John Hodge for their time. A huge thank you to all the helpers, your help and time is very much appreciated.
