Vacancies
The Society is currently looking to fill two vacancies, a Retriever Field Trial Secretary and a Retriever Field Test Secretary. We would welcome applications from members for these important roles. You will be supported by the whole committee and there is currently an annual honorarium paid for both positions. For details on the nomination procedure please follow the guidance set out in the notice above (sent out previously) informing the members of the date of the AGM. If you require any further information, please contact the secretary.
In accordance with the Society’s Constitution and Rules no person may serve on the Committee whilst being an undischarged bankrupt.
AGM Notice 2026
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF CORNWALL FIELD TRIAL SOCIETY. (ID 569)
THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 22ND APRIL 2026
AT THE VICTORIA INN, VICTORIA ROAD, ROCHE, ST. AUSTELL, PL26 8LQ, COMMENCING AT 7:15 PM.
Any member wishing to attend the meeting is asked to contact the Hon Secretary by email by 8th April 2026.
Nominations for any Officers positions and Committee members for 2026 must, in accordance with the Society’s Rules have a Proposer and Seconder and acknowledged by the Nominee to show their willingness to stand. These must reach the Secretary no later than Wednesday 25th March 2026, in writing either by email to the Hon Secretary John Pascoe at or post to Mr John Pascoe, 1 Riverside Villas, Truck, Probus, Truro, Cornwall, TR2 4JA.
Any member wishing to put an item on the agenda for discussion at this meeting must do so in writing to the Hon Secretary no later than 25th March 2026 either by email or post as above.
If no ballot is required all Officers and Committee Members nominated will take office from the conclusion of the 2026 AGM on the 22nd April 2026. If a ballot is required the members will be advised with the relevant arrangements.
